74 WCM represents the new Weill Cornell Medicine student residence.

Located in New York’s Upper East Side, the building’s façade is entirely covered by a new unitized curtain wall system composed of both opaque and glazed panels.

MEW was commissioned by Intercom Facades to provide engineering consulting and analysis for the entire building envelope. In accordance with the latest U.S. building codes, MEW delivered comprehensive engineering support and structural reports detailing the performance assessment of the façade system.

Through meticulous analysis and detailed structural evaluation, MEW ensured that every façade component meets the highest standards of durability, safety, and performance, reflecting our unwavering commitment to architectural engineering excellence.
