New building in San Giljan whose shape is characterized by a big curved façade. This is made of a curtain wall with insulated glazing that makes it unique in comparison with the surrounding old buildings.

This façade is made up of aluminum mullions and transoms supporting insulated glazing using standard techniques for curtain walls. Due to the round shape, a special clamping device was introduced to ensure continuity of the glazing and to facilitate installation. Moreover, due to high speed winds, special precautions were taken with regard to carefully calculating wind load distribution (the client did not require wind tunnel test) For this goal, many international regulations were checked and compared. The most severe was chosen ad adopted for this case.
